To lock in your event date, we require a $250 deposit, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. If your event is within 20 miles of Babylon, setup and travel are completely covered—no extra fees! Our pricing is transparent, and we include taxes and credit card processing fees in the total. We also offer a discount for cash payments. Please note, custom orders do require full payment at the time of booking.

If you’re adding on a photo booth or balloon styling, the policy is slightly different—a 50% retainer is required to reserve those services.

We proudly serve Long Island, NY, including all areas within a 20-mile radius of Babylon. Special arrangements can be made for events outside this range, just ask!

Yes, we handle all aspects of the delivery, setup, and takedown. Our team will ensure the flower wall is securely installed and looking perfect for your event.

Ideally? Yesterday! 😄 But seriously, the sooner the better—especially for popular dates like weekends and wedding season. We recommend booking at least a few months in advance to make sure your preferred style and date are available. That said, don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is right around the corner—we’ll always do our best to make it work!
